Alphabet city - P

P is for Primark!

The mecca of all bargain buys, and where we all flock (admit it!!) if we just want something on trend but nice and cheap. Half the time you cannot tell if the item has come from Primark or any other high street store. In many of our cases we also use it to find our DIY craft supplies. Wether that be cheap beads for me, or T-shirts and Leggings for modification by many of you. It really is an amazing store, made up of 80% tat and 20% truly wonderful buys. That 20% varies greatly depending on what your style is though. I personally have cringed over the last few months at a number of trends, but I understand hugely that there are many people who have loved them. These have ranged from the block colour bandage dresses (unless you are truly tiny and perfectly figured, you should not ever ever wear these), the neon faze!! (oh my god they went out in the 80's for a reason), plus sequined/wet-look/harem pant things again on 90% of the population they look awful (I am one of these people! Although I have seen a few bloggers rock the sequined leggings!) and lastly, overly floral dresses from 80's styling yet again I believe it went out of style for a reason! But I have loved the tulip skirts, the trench coats, the snuggly winter coats, rouched sleeved tops, sequin embellished shoulders, gypsy embroidery (major thing this summer! I have a very cute purple mini with some lovely gypsy stitching) as well as the chunky bangles, coloured tights (if you ladder them as often as I do its much easier to buy cheap ones!) simple flats and lovely boots! I have recently bought some very chic looking electric blue leather driving gloves for only £7 (real leather too!!) and some sweet flower hair clips.

Anyway here are some yummy buys.
