Outings - London Paralympics 2012

So we got to go and see some of the London Paralympics last week, and it was so amazing. The athletes are all so inspiring, what they achieve is awesome. My sister got 5 tickets so it was her, me and Jon and Rachel (briony's best friend) and Jack (Rachel's BF)

We saw a full days worth of events, with athletics in the morning and swimming in the afternoon. Our highlight of the day was probably seeing Aled Davies win the men's Discus for his category! The atmosphere was so intense!

Did anyone else get to go to any of the olympic events? Or watch them on TV? What did you think? I thought they were all amazing, some majorly good TV, and kinda made me just a little bit proud to be British!

Outings - Cardiff Bay Harbour Festival, Black Knights Parachute Team Jump

The day we landed from Barcelona was also the day of the Cardiff Bay Harbour Festival. And one of our friends was part of the Black Knights RAF Parachute display team, who were jumping into the bay. Jon managed to take a few pictures of the jump, so I thought I would share them with you.

Travel - Barcelona, Park Guell

We have been looking over all our Barcelona images and pulling out our favourite pictures. Of course there are lots and lots of awesome pictures, so I have decided to separate them into the main attractions we saw whilst we were there.

First up is the beautiful Park Guell! I studied Gaudi Architecture as part of my GCSE in Art many years ago and have loved his work ever since. So seeing his work up close in Barcelona was amazing for me. Park Guell is so much bigger and better than you can imagine from any of the images, but here are a selection so you can at least see how amazing the park really is.

Outfit Post - Boots and Bows

Ok so sorry I have been away for a few days but here is a little hint as to where I have been 

Can you guess? We took our few days holiday in Barcelona that we had as a birthday gift off my parents. I shall be bringing you some more in the week, when Jon has finished editing a few of them.

So as we are still off for a few more days we ventured out in the sun to get a quick outfit post. I was trying for something a bit more rock/rebel look wise, as I really wanted to style my new Dr Martens boots Jon bought me and my huge tartan bow I bought from Johnny Loves Rosie. This was the outcome!
