Outfit Post - Vintage Outfit on the Norfolk Broads

I haven't done a properly photographed outfit post in ages as me and Jon just haven't had any time to get out recently, but the holiday gave us the perfect excuse and the perfect location!!

We were on holiday, boating on the Norfolk Broads last week and stopped in a lovely little pub called The Bridge Inn in a village called Acle. To get to the village from the pub you had to take a 1.5mile walk along a country path. It was so beautiful on our walk during the day we decided to take another little walk as the sun was starting to set and take some quick pictures. My 70's vintage dress was the perfect outfit to compliment the country setting!
Warning this is a picture heavy post, but I hope you like them!
 Dress: Vintage by Cross Roads
Shoes: Deichmann
Necklace: Vintage Brooch, handmade into a necklace
Sunglasses: Roxy (won from Specsavers competition!!!)
Watch: Vivienne Westwood

The above is my favourite picture of the day, I really love the light and the almost film look to it.

I won these Roxy Sunglasses from a Specsavers Twitter competition (and a quicksilver watch for Jon!)!! They also sent me a voucher so I could get prescription lenses put in them, which has been amazing this last few weeks, so nice to see clearly without having to fiddle with my contacts. I wasn't sure I was going to like them, because the frames are blue which isn't really me, but after wearing them a few times I totally love them! The shape and style remind me of Ray-Ban Wayfarers, don't you think? And it turns out the blue works really well with my fair skin, and is more interesting than my usual black or tortoiseshell.

So what do you think? Do you like my first set of proper outfit photos in ages!! I would really like to start doing them more often again,  but life has a tendency to get busy and I just don't have much time, but we will try!!

Has anyone else been on holiday recently, or going on holiday?
