Etsy Love! (and purchases!!)

Thought I would show you all a few of my purchases this week. I have been looking for some cute kitch jewellery for a while and finally found this little shop on etsy. Aimi Boutique. I bought lots because I loved so many things and she is really quite cheap!

Blog mention!!

I had a very exciting text off a friend yesterday telling me my blog had been mentioned in a new local free cardiff based fashion magazine, 'EDGE'. Now it's only a few lines, but the fact that they picked up my blog at all is awesome! Plus I was mentioned alongside bloggers such as Tavi (The Style Rookie) and Jane Aldridge (sea of shoes). Yay! So here is my tinie tiny mention!!

I also have to show you my lovely new ring!

You like? I love!! A big red bow, what more could I want on my finger! Hehe!

Oh well I have to go to boring boring old work now. But I shall take some pictures of my other little spending spee items tomorrow for you all to see!

Polyvore - Taylor Momsen

Hello all, been home at my rents doing wedding stuff last few days, so no time to blog. But thought I would try to work out this whole Polyvore thing today, so here is my first quick attempt. I love this outfit Taylor Momsen is wearing so decided to do a polyvore for it. Hope you like.

I think Taylor is great. Her style is funky and edgy and I would love to be able to carry off some of things she wears. She is also now the new face of Newlook. These are some of the new advertising shots she has done. I love that big leather studded bag!

I also think she has an awesome voice, and have enjoyed her song being Fearne Cottons song of the week on radio 1. Here it is for those of you who haven't heard it yet. Awesome! Looking forward to the album.

Flora and Fauna

Just thought I would show you some of my flower pictures. I took them in Cardiff Castle grounds and at my home. I am trying to learn how to use our new camera and the new lens Jon bought last week. It's weird because I have never been a flower person really. I really am not that bothered by them usually, but now we have the camera I am really drawn to how colourful they are, and how I can catch the tiniest little details. Am hoping that if I can get good enough I could sell some prints or get some freelance work.

Worse luck I have to go do some cleaning now! Boring! lol! I am going home tonight though as I have wedding appointments tomorrow and my final dress fitting, oh exciting!! Fingers crossed its all perfect!
